NDIS Quality Audit

We assess registered NDIS providers against the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators. The audit you need depends on the risk and complexity of the supports you deliver.

For providers delivering lower-risk or lower-complexity supports and services. You submit documentary evidence for each profession in the verification module.

Certification audit

Two stages

For providers delivering higher-risk or more complex supports. Stage one is an off-site desktop review; stage two is conducted on-site.

Mid-term audit

Within 18 months

Required to maintain certification for providers of intricate or high-risk supports, typically starting within 18 months of the registration period.

Out-of-cycle audit

Variation

A variation audit before your scheduled audit — for providers adding registration groups, or new providers the Commissioner requires to complete a supplementary stage two audit.

02 · Feed industry

FAMI-QS Certification

FAMI-QS is the leading accredited scheme for the feed industry, operating under the IAF MLA. It covers safety, quality, integrity (fraud), defence and regulatory compliance for specialty feed ingredients and their mixtures.

Stage 1

System review

Review of your feed safety and quality management system, documentation and scope. Must be completed within a maximum of six months.

Stage 2

Implementation

Verification that your management system has been effectively implemented across your operations.

  • Ingredients bought from suppliers not assured under the scheme (excluding processing aids and intermediates)
